Here you can see my tabs setup
Here’s how I’ve divided the Moleskine into sections indicated by tabs
Note that the to-do list is sorted in contexts so that you can view a
list of things that you can do exactly where you are thus avoiding
unnescessary stress thinking about work related stuff while at home

The Projects Index for easy overview and access of projects.

Finally, the Inbox
Most important, the Inbox. Write down any idea and thought here.

For implementing GTD you might try out this web-based application:

Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.

As with the last update, now Gtdagenda has full Someday/Maybe functionality, you can easily move your tasks and projects between “Active”, “Someday/Maybe” and “Archive”. This will clear your mind, and will boost your productivity.

Hope you like it.

Hello,

This was the first molskine hack that was very clear to me. Maybe, you could ad some everyday actions and how you handle them?

Hi Richard Paas.

For everyday actions, I would simply add them either to the inbox for later processing, or directly into the appropriate context if I want to make sure I attend to the task soon.
